- Assessments and Management Plans
We provide comprehensive continence assessments and develop tailored bowel management plans based on participant’s needs, daily routine, and clinical presentation.
- Complex Bowel Care
Our Continence Nurse Specialist can assist you with complex bowel management such as enema, Trans Anal Irrigation (TAI), stoma care, and manual evacuation.
- Education and Support
We offer guidance, education, and training for participants, families, carers, and support workers to support the safe and consistent management of continence care. All education and training are delivered in accordance with the individual’s bowel care plan.
- Collaborative Care
We work with healthcare professionals, allied health providers and multidisciplinary team to support coordinated care, referrals, and appropriate clinical follow-up.
- NDIS Support
We can provide product recommendations, quotes, and clinical documentation to support NDIS funding requests and plan reviews.
