Who we are

At PERTH DISABILITY CARE, we provide high quality, inclusive and culturally appropriate in-home and community access services to people with disability, under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We are committed to support you to achieve independence through provision of exceptional client centred supports, as determined by you and for as long as you wish. The choice is yours. We believe that each individual has the right to the best possible care and support services specific for them and their situation.

We work closely with families to determine what each individual’s personal goals are and set out a plan for finding out the best way to achieve those goals together. We are passionate about helping people to achieve the best quality of life possible, in particular clients with disability from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds, who may have additional needs and challenges to overcome in order to achieve this quality of life.
